The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System, # BWMC2301, is confirmed to fit all year model of the Harley Davidson FL series bikes.
The Biker Bar includes the mounting plate that mounts to the floor of your trailer and the latch screw bar that secures your bike to the mount.
If you are only needing a replacement base mount, then the part that you referenced # BWMC2300 will be the confirmed part.
