Will this work with a xport roof rack. I purchased it from performance bike years ago. It appears it will work.

Replacement Bottom Mounting Clamp # 753-2854 certainly looks like it will fit in place of an old one as shown in your picture. Take a look at the picture I have included showing the hole spacing and overall length to determine if it is a match.
