is a cutting template available for underbody trim when installing the CURT FRONT MOUNT TRAILER HITCH RECIEVER#31432 for jeep wrangler unlimited 2017 jk

A template is not available for the needed trimming involved to install the Curt Front Hitch part # 31432 that you referenced. When installing the hitch you have the option to leave the panel off permanently or notch it as you go to reinstall it so that it fits around the hitch tube. Basically you would want to set in in place as then cut it as needed .
