Question:
I am starting from scratch with the above guide-ons, and I need to know what size PVC will slide over the upright piece? Also, what bolt kit will I need to apply two of these guide-ons? Thanks,

Instead of trying to piece together components to fit the brackets part # CE27605PG so that you end up with a guide on setup it would be much easier to just go with the part # CE27640 which comes with the guide ons and install hardware.
The pipe diameter of this though is 2-3/8 inches. For replacement hardware you then could use the part # CE11416 too.
