Question:
Im looking for an aftermarket tow package with a 1.25inch receiver for a 2010 Ford Flex. I can only find one with 2inch receiver on your site. Would I just use a converter to fit 1.25inch or is there another model I need to buy instead?

For your 2010 Ford Flex only the higher-capacity 2-inch Class III type hitches are offered. We have no 1-1/4-inch hitches for this vehicle from any of our suppliers. This is not a bad thing!
Since you have the single exhaust version of the Flex the hitch I suggest for you is Draw-Tite # 75679 if you have the EcoBoost model. If you do not have this feature then instead you can use the Curt # 13551. Install videos for both are linked for you along with a helpful article covering hitch installation. Both hitches offer no-drill installation and include all required hardware.
If you have, for example, a hitch bike rack that fits only a 1-1/4-inch hitch you can still use this in the 2-inch hitch simply by adding a reducer sleeve # HT02. The sleeve slides into the 2-inch receiver and converts it down to the 1-1/4-inch size so that it will work great with that size accessory.
