Is Fulton T3205 still available? If not what is the difference from F142421? Are repair parts still available for T3205? Are repair parts the same for F142421?

The Fulton T3205 that you mentioned is not made anymore. The Fulton winch part # F142421 that you referenced is a very similar 3,200 lb winch that would work well. This also is a 2 speed winch.
For a cable to use with it the part # FWC7500100 would be a great solution.
