I have a 2012 ford fusion it has duel tail pipes one on each side will this trail hitch work

Yes, you can install Curt trailer hitch # C11390 on your 2012 Ford Fusion with dual exhaust. The hitch, like the exhaust configuration on your Fusion, is symmetrical and the hitch will fit above the exhaust on both sides just like in the video I have linked on a single exhaust model.

If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements. I have linked the Class I compatible 2-bike racks and cargo carriers for you.
