Question:
I have a 91 E-350 Ambulance tow vehicle. Turn signals are separate. Tail lights and brake lights use a dual filament bulb. What do I need to wire to 7-pin or 4-pin connector?

Expert Reply:
To install a 4-way trailer connector I recommend using the universal wiring harness # 119250KIT. It will combine the separate wiring on your 1991 Ford E-350 Ambulance.
Then use our # ETBC7 kit to convert the 4-way to a 7-way. This kit includes everything for a fully functioning 7-way, as well as the wiring to install a brake controller if you need one.
If you do need a brake controller I recommend the Prodigy P3 # 90195. It's one of our top controllers because of the easy-to-use LCD screen.
