does the tow dolly come assembled? If not where can I get one put together around Sacramento, CA

The Roadmaster tow dolly # RM-2050-1 does not come assembled and we do not have a way to ship it in its fully assembled state. Assembly is not all that difficult; you're basically turning wrenches. I have included links to the instructions for you so you can see what is involved in the installation process. I have also linked a video review of the dolly for you.
Any local mechanic in your area would have a very easy time assembling it though if you wanted to go that route.
