Question:

I found this site from a Forest River forum post about lifting their travel trailer. My question would be in regards to my travel trailer and what lift kit you recommend? Also, would it void the manufacturer's warranty? Trailer is very low to the ground and if pad where camping, it is not level and makes it difficult to hook up the sewer drain. Thanks

The option that will work for your 2017 Cherokee 29TE depends on your axle diameter. For 2-3/8 inch axles, you will want the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit, # K71-384-00. If you have a 3-inch diameter axle, you will want the kit, part # K71-385-00. This kit will add lift and help level your trailer by moving the leaf springs to the top of the axle. Each lift kit adds lift equal to the axle diameter plus the height of the leaf spring stack.

Both of these kits come with the necessary installation hardware, and I have added a link to a review video for you. In regards to the warranty, I contacted Forest River and they said that any alteration will void the warranty.
