Expert Reply:
On your 2012 Toyota Sienna, putting a trailer hitch receiver like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13105 will not be a problem with a backup camera, but if you choose to add an accessory like a bike rack or cargo carrier, it will most likely interfere with the camera or the sensors. This won't damage anything, but you will have the beeping or slightly obscured view. Most of the time, only a portion of the camera area is blocked and leaves it still usable to some degree.
A platform style bike rack like the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # KU74FR will have less obstruction than other styles.
