I purchased the Curt 17x46 carrier. I need a water proof bag to fit my carrier. I checked the site but wasn't sure of the sizes. Can you help me out?

You would not need to install a light kit on the Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18145 that you are installing in the hitch of your 2015 Kia Soul.

You would have to tuck it in a little but the etrailer cargo bag # e98990 would be the best option for Curt cargo carrier # C18145. The inside dimensions of the carrier are 46-3/8 inches long and 17-9/16 inches front to back. The etrailer bag measures 40 x 20 inches. But it is flexible so you can just tuck it in. That will also help keep it stable. The bag is considered weather resistant which means that it will keep out most inclement weather but it would not stay dry (the inside of it) if you were to submerge it.
