is there a differance between a class 2 and 3 class straight tongue posi lock coupler repair kit thanks for the help

The difference between the Curt Coupler Repair Kit is the size ball the coupler is designed to work with.

If you have a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball, the repair kit you need is part # C25094. for a 2-inch hitch ball you would need part # C25194.
