Im looking at the Brody stake pocket camper tie downs. Possible camper is 1800 lbs and hans about 12inch outside the bed rails. Which size 3inch of 5inch width would fit best?

As long as the underside of the bed rail lip is at least two inches wide (see diagram I've provided for you), the CR Brophy # HSSF camper tie downs are what I'd recommend. You'll also need the tie-down hardware package, part # TDHP which includes the S hooks and turnbuckles.
