Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75691, will fit all models of the 2010 Ford F-150 and there are no restrictions regarding the factory spare tire. I have included a link to the installation details for reference. The recommended ball mount for this hitch is # 2753. You can use ball # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter), # 19247 (2 inch diameter), or # 63847 (2-5/16 inch diameter).
For trailer wiring, if your truck did not come with a factory 4-Way or 7-Way, you can use 4-Pole Hardwire Kit Including Circuit Tester, # 18252. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation. If the truck came with a tow package and you want to add or replace a 4-Way, you can use Replacement OEM Wiring Harness, # C56110. I have included a link to the installation details for reference.
