On item #F008551 I can not find the measurement at the mounting holes. If you went hole to hole what is that distance? Also how far apart are those holes?

The mounting holes of the Single Axle Trailer Fender w Top Step - Style C - Black Plastic - 8" to 12" Wheels - Qty 1 # F008551 are 2-1/2 inches center on center and are 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch. I've attached a photo with some other measurements to assist.
