Can 2001 Saab 9-3 be Flat Towed
Updated 05/04/2017 | Published 05/03/2017 >
Question:
Currently I tow a 2001 Honda Pilot using a mounted towing system. I want to add the same towing ability to my 2001 Saab. How do I go about that?

Expert Reply:
Based on my research, the 2001 Saab is not designed to be flat towed behind an RV or motorhome. Doing this may cause damage to the vehicle.
The only recommended way to tow your 2001 Saab 9-3 is with a Tow Dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1.
