Hello, Please let me know what I need. Brake Controller for 1-4 axle trailer. I will move between vehicles. Want to be able to set the brake controller in any direction or level. Harness needed for 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 w/ tow package. 2015 Dodge Durango w/ tow package 2005 Freightliner RV. Thanks

Since you want to be able to set the controller in any orientation and have it work the type of controller you need is a time-delayed as proportional ones are sensitive to how they are mounted/positioned.
The most popular option is the Draw Tite Activator # 5504 which is very reliable. To install this in your 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee requires the hardwire harness part # 20127 which will need to be hardwired to your 7-way and vehicle like what the attached help article covers.
For the 2015 Dodge Durango all you need is the # TK93VR which plugs in under the dash of the vehicle.
