Hi, I am looking for replacement keys for my Land Rover Crossbar and ski rack. The key codes are N053 ski racks and N144 crossbar. Do you have these available? Also are these locks made by Thule? Thanks!

Those do indeed look like locks that are made by Thule.
The replacement keys for Thule Lock Cylinders # THLOCKN144 and # THLOCKN053, which it looks like you have are parts # THKEYN144 and # THKEYN053.
If you would like to have matching locks so that you don't have to carry around 2 different keys you can use the Universal Change Key for Thule Locks, part # 853-1251 and replace your N144 lock cylinder with the Replacement Lock Cylinder # THLOCKN053.
