Does this item sold with two in it also would it be a good to use 2 of them on a 20 foot travel trailer Thank you

The Valterra Folding Manual Stabilizer # 020106 you referenced is sold individually. If you wanted to run two of these you certainly could, but in reality using just one is going to give you a great improvement.
