Question:
What size is the outer, left-hand threads 1/2, etc? And, are the inner threads left-hand as well and what size bolts will screw into it? Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Dexter and he informed me that the thread dimensions you are looking for are NUT .875 SPH R. 3/4-16 left hand.
