Bike Rack Recommendation that Fits Shallow Factory Hitch of 2017 Subaru Outback

Will the Thule TH9058 work on a 2017 Subaru Outback with a factory 1-1/4 inch receiver?

Since the hitch pin hole on the factory hitch on a 2017 Subaru Forester is so close to the face of the receiver not every bike rack works well. The Thule TH9058 would not be a great fit for that. The 2-bike rack that I recommend for the factory Subaru hitch is the NEO2 # B01748. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.
