Dimensions of Top and Bottom Plate on Stabil-Step Stabilizer Jack # JSS-4

Question:
Top and Bottom plate dimensions and mounting hole spacing. I checked Dtrombergs web site and catalog. Neither provides the info I want. I want to use them in my shop.

The square surface on the top and bottom of the Stabil-Step Stabilizer Jack # JSS-4 measures 4-1/16 inch by 4-1/16 inch. This does not have mounting holes as it is not a permanent mount step.
