I have a solution for you, but we do not have a tire and wheel combo in 185/80D13 with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern.
However, we do have the Kenda Loadstar ST185/80D13 Trailer Tire, # AM1ST79, and the Dexstar Steel Trailer Wheel 13 x 4-1/2 Inches, # AM20222DX.
The Kenda Tire is an 8-ply rated tire that has a weight capacity of 1,710 lbs a 65 psi. This tire is also speed rated at 81 mph and includes the 2 year warranty.
The Dexstar wheel is made of a sturdy steel and has a corrosion resistant white power coat finish that will help when getting your boat in and out of the water.
If you are wanting a galvanized wheel that will provide superior rust and corrosion protection, then I recommend the Americana Tire and Wheels Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel 13 x 4-1/2 Inches, # AM20224.
Any local tire shop will be able to mount these tires and wheels for you.
