Question:
I dont understand why your experts keep saying that the hitch will fit providing you dont have a factory installed hitch. What does that mean exactly? My truck has a factory installed hitch which Id like to replace. 2012 tundra. Which class v is right for me. Is drilling required! Thanks

The only Class V hitch offered for your 2012 Toyota Tundra is Curt model # C15398. Like many of the aftermarket hitches made for your Tundra this one fits only if there is no factory-installed hitch already taking up or blocking access to the mounting point on the frame.
We do offer the Tork Lift 2-inch Class IV hitch # TLT1300H which fits vehicles with a factory Class 3 hitch rated to 5000-lbs (and with vertical tow hooks). No drilling is required for any of the hitches.
