I checked out the purchase orders you have in our system and found the wire harnesses you received.
The # 55240 T-connector harness is listed as a fit for the following:
1996 - 2003 Chevrolet Express Van Full Size
1996 - 2003 GMC Savana Van Full Size
1996 - 2003 Chevrolet Express Van with factory 4-flat connector
1996 - 2003 GMC Savana Van with factory 4-flat connector.
The # 118377 is a fit for the following
2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Express Van Full Size
2000 - 2002 GMC Savana Van Full Size
2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Express Van without factory 4-flat or 7-Way connector
2000 - 2002 GMC Savana Van without factory 4-flat or 7-Way connector.
You also bought # ETBC7. This plugs into the 4-way and then needs additional wiring. I have attached some helpful articles that explain how to wire a brake controller and the ETBC7 on a vehicle. I also attached a drawing that shows how the wiring is run for installation. You will need to use the circuit tester that was included with the ETBC7 and check the trailer connector first on the vehicle. Have someone run through the functions to make sure they are correct. When checking the pin on the connector for the brake signal someone will need to apply the manual override to get a signal.
If that all checks out connect the trailer and start checking the wiring at the back of the trailer connector on your trailer. Make sure there is no bent, damaged, or corroded pins and you are getting power when you run through the functions, and correct or repair as needed.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
