Expert Reply:
On your 2015 Ford F-250, rail kit # RP50026-58 and rail kit # RP56016-53 are both a confirmed fit with custom brackets for your vehicle. If you want the easier to install outboard kit, the # RP56016-53 will give you more room to work on your F-250. The benefit of the longer rail of 48 inches versus the 43 inch rail # RP50026-58 is only the ease of install and aesthetic. Both rails will fit the industry standard 5th wheel hitches made by B&W, Curt, Demco Hijacker Premier Series, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, Valley, and others.
When installing either rail kit, you may want to consider adding another 7-way trailer connection in the bed of your truck using the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole item # C56000.
I've attached some videos for your convenience.
