Question:

1. Does this base plate need the RM-032 adaptor bar for 2015 Fiat 500 Sport when used with Ready Brake Elite Tow Bar? If it does need the adaptor bar would the BX-2800 work and not need the bar if used with the Ready Brute Elite. Thank you,

Since you have a Ready Brute tow bar (the Ready Brake is the version with the breakaway but is otherwise the same from what I understand) you will actually need to use Blue Ox base plates # BX2800 with adapter # BX88297 because there is no adapter for the Roadmaster base plates.

So basically to use the tow bar you have you would need to use Blue Ox base plates # BX2800 with adapter # BX88297 but no other adapter or bar would be needed beyond those 2 parts.
