I already own a Thule rack which uses the now discontinued # 753-2152 foot pack. WIll the Podium Style Foot Pack Fit Kit # THKIT3101 allow these podiums to connect to the newest tracks being installed on LEER caps Manufactured 3/2017?

The Replacement Railing Foot for Thule Tracker II Foot Pack # 753-2152 you need is the TK1. This kit was discontinued, but we have almost all of the individual parts that were in this kit. Here is what you need:

Base, # 753-2149 (4 needed total)
Bolt # 924-0617-15 (2 needed per base, 8 total)
Black washer # 951061254 (2 needed per base, 8 total)
Yellow washer # 951-0613-12 (2 needed per base, 8 total)
Track nut # 853-2106 (2 needed per base, 8 total)
Spacer (no longer available)
Hex key, # 853-2430-02

These parts will make your legs/towers compatible with the new LEER cap rails.
