How do you use or tighten the cam adjusters?

Although it cannot be seen in the photo, each adjuster has a small slot in the center that the blade of a large flat head screwdriver would fit into. Once the chains are in place with all 4 adjusters in the open position, you can insert the screwdriver into each slot and twist the adjuster into the closed position. The more adjusters you close, the tighter the chain will be.
