Question:
I have the above vehicle and am going to tow dolly it behind my RV. I cannot seem to find an answer about if it has to be in a certain position to do this since I will be using a tow dolly. Thank You

Final authority will be the owners manual of your 2010 Kia Forte or by contacting a Kia dealer. I checked an online manual for your vehicle and it says that tow dolly towing your vehicle is just fine.
You would want to put the vehicle in park with the steering wheel straight forward and you would be fine.
For a tow dolly we have the part # RM-2050-1 from Roadmaster.
