You can get replacement hardware for Curt trailer hitch # C11391 for your 2012 Honda Civic. You will need # RHK. On the RHK page enter the hitch number where indicated to get the right hardware for the hitch, then add to cart. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the hitch and a link to a video showing an example installation.
