Recommended Replacement Pro Series A-Frame Trailer Coupler with 2 Inch Ball

Question:

I have the Pro Series A-Frame Trailer Coupler welded on my trailer. My father was having trouble pulling the latch up off of the ball and used a crowbar. Unfortunately, I think he bent something because now when I push the latch down, to secure the coupler onto the trailer ball, I cannot put a lock pin through the top of the latch to ensure the trailer does not become unlatched while driving down the road. The latch holes do not line up. The two outside holes of the latch are higher than the center holetab welded to the A-frame itself. So, is there replacement parts or a repair kit for the Pro Series A-Frame Trailer Coupler? Thanks.

For your Pro Series A-Frame Coupler for 2 inch ball, I recommend the Pro Series A-Frame Trailer Coupler with Trigger Latch - 2" Ball - 5,000 lbs # PSE338050303 as a replacement. There is not a latch repair kit for this coupler, so you will need to replace the entire coupler. I've attached a video to assist you.
