It sounds like you may be needing the Reese Repair Kit # RP86005 for your 19K Sidewinder # RP61421. This kit includes the wear ring/cap, wear tube, wear plate, wedge fasteners, turret tube fastener, and lube. I have attached a short video demonstration on this kit so you can see the exact parts that are included.
If you are needing something different, please let me know and I will be happy to see if it is available as a replacement part.
