Needing Transmission Cooler to Fit a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L V8

Question:

I need a transmission cooler for my 2016 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 V8. I was looking at the Derale 8000 series item # D13504 however it says it doesnt fit my vehicle. Any reason why it wont fit? Or do I just need to buy accessories with it like the adapter to make it work? Any info is greatly appreciated.

I contacted the manufacturer and my contact told me that the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit, # D13504, will work with your 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe with the 5.3L V8.

The kit is a universal kit that works on large variety of passenger trucks and vans. You just need to follow the installation instructions to find which installation location will work the best for your application.
