can the BDW20172 be use on champion winch 2000 lbs that hook in to receiver on 09 F 150 and how long of cable dose it have ?

Bulldog Winch Quick-Connect Set # BDW20172 is designed to accept 1/0 gauge wire and can be used with your Champion winch if you wanted. The connectors do not come with any wiring or cable. On your 2009 Ford F-150 if you are talking about the trailer connector at the back then no, these connectors do not plug into it. I have included a link to our help article on various ways to wire an electric winch. Several of the methods show the use of this type of connector.
