Hi Focus mk2 2006 roof bars made by FORD, will this rubber fit?

If the top channels in the crossbars on your Ford roof rack are the right size then you could use replacement rubber strip # TH853354407. The strip is for Thule Rapid Aero bars and they have a slot that is 7/16 inches wide at the top where the strip would fit. If yours is the same or very, very close you could use this strip.
