As long as you have a 7-way at the rear of your motorhome that has active turn signal/stoplight circuits and has a 12 volt accessory circuit as well the part # TK94FR will work regardless of the brake setup of the motorhome.

The Prodigy RF brake controller # TK94FR has a 300 foot range so the 40 foot you listed would not be a problem.

As soon as the display flashes P.A, try immediately releasing the Manual and Boost buttons and then pressing down (and holding) the brake pedal until the display shows a flashing "0.0". Doing this should complete the pairing process. If you've already tried this without success, I would take a look at both the tow vehicle and trailer side 7-Ways to make sure there isn't any corrosion built up inside the pins that needs to be cleaned out. Let me know what you find and we can go from there!
