Question:

I have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with FLush mounted Tracks. Will the below part work with my existing roof track? Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - RTC and RT Roof Rack Tracks - Qty 4 - RRRLT600

It sounds like your 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee has the E-group package with flush mounted side rails that have a channel in the tops. These are not tracks though. Tracks on a vehicle roof are something completely different.

I do have an excellent solution for you but foot pack # RRRLT600 is not a confirmed fit for the side rails. What I recommend is the Rhino-Rack RVP roof rack # RRRVP27. This is a complete rack with the feet and the bars and ready to install on the vehicle. I linked a video for you showing this rack.
