Question:
Have questions on a trailer axle you have, tires and a Firestone air suspension kit for a 2007 Ford F150 Lariat w/o heavy duty suspension. Which Firestone air suspension kist fits my 2007 Ford F150 w/o heavy duty suspension and no 5th wheel hitch. Regarding trailer axle with hubs that is 46 1/2 spring to spring and 57 1/2 hub face to hub face-can a person run 12inch tires and rims on this axle?

For your 2007 Ford F-150, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2350 which are a confirmed fit. The fact that it is not heavy duty suspension and without 5th wheel hitch doesn't come into play. These air springs will mount to your frame and current suspension system. It will allow you to adjust air as needed between 5 psi and 100 psi.
If you want to bypass the manual adding and subtracting of air, you can add the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Single Function - 130 psi # F2158 to allow the adjustment from the cab of your truck with the push of a button and the gauge will give you a reading of the air pressure.
On your trailer axle question, the measurements you gave line up with the CE Smith Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 57-1/2" Long - 1,800 lbs # CE33201GA-HUB. The hubs on this axle dictate use with 13-15 inch wheel (rims).
If you want to run a 12 inch wheel (rim) you can use the # CE33201GA with the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-2-G-2K . These hubs are compatible with 12 inch wheels and tires.
