I am in the process of purchasing a 2013 Mini Cooper 500 POP to tow behind my RV. will the Blue Ox Adventurere Tow Bar code #BX7322, and Blue Ox Base Plate Kit code BX 1307 work? Thank you

Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1307 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Mini Cooper and will work well with the Blue Ox Adventurer # BX7322.

To properly tow your Mini Cooper behind your RV you will also need a safety cable set, tow bar vehicle wiring, and most states require the use of a supplemental braking system.

Blue Ox has 2 of those products. The 7 foot Safety Cables, part # BX88196, is rated for 5,000 lbs which is what your tow bar is rated for.

For a supplemental braking system I recommend the Roadmaster Even Brake, part # RM-9400, which is the easiest braking system to install and is very universal when it comes to the vehicles it can work with.

When it comes to the brake light wiring, a wiring system that uses your Mini Cooper's brake light and turn signals is the Roadmaster Hy-Power Wiring Kit # RM-154. To use this wiring kit you may also need an adapter like part # 47345 if your RV has a 7-Way plug. This wiring kit will give your Cooper a very nice and clean look.

Most likely you will need to use an adapter to have your tow bar at the proper height. I am attaching a link to our ball mount selection and a helpful article that explains how to measure for the correct ball mount height.
