I reached out to Timbren and confirmed that the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TITR100 is a confirmed fit for newer models as well, so they will fit your New Nexus 33SC Motorhome with Terra Star Chassis. These rubber spings sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your motorhome. They provide comfort by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. They simply bolt onto your frame and become more rigid as more weight is added.
These springs will work well to stabilize the load as you mentioned.
