For your 2015 Honda Civic Sedan you would want to first start with a roof rack. For that you would want the part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK319 which is a confirmed fit.
Then for a SUP Carrier the Shuttle part # TH811XT would be a great option that can carry up to two at a time.
