will the BlueOx Bolt on base plate bracket kit, PN BX88230 bolt directly to/thru the lower mounting holes frame mounting point of the Bulldog winch front bumper, PN BDW21022

That's hard to say, but we do know that the mounting holes of the # BX88230 are 3-1/8 inch apart and they are 1/2 inch in diameter. You would need to compare that to your bumper.
