Question:

I have a 2004 Nissan Titan that I want to install a hitch on with light hookup also. Can you please advise what I need to get this job done. I think I need item #13199 but what about the lights?? Any videos??

For your 2004 Nissan Titan the Curt hitch part # 13199 that you referenced is a confirmed fit and would work well.

For trailer wiring you then would want the part # C59236 which is a universal kit confirmed to fit.

If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
