Will this mirror fit my 2016 Frontier 4Door Pickup?? Will this mirror loosen during travel??

Yes, the universal tow mirror part # 11650 that you referenced will fit your 2016 Nissan Frontier. This mirror can basically fit any vehicle that does not have body cladding on the door and your Frontier does not have that at all.
These mirrors will not loosen up when travelling either.
