Question:
Have Thule Xsporter 421. Have correct keys for cylinder locks. Numbers -N113- match. Key turns lock 90 degrees. and feels unlocked. Cannot get any of the four latches to unlatch. I feel I am not turning/pulling/jiggling, operating correctly. How/what do the locks lock and unlock? Thanks!!

I contacted Thule and they explained that you my need to try an lube the lock cylinder to see if you can get the locks to engage. Using a lubricant like WD-40, spray the key and then insert into lock. Turn the key a few times back and forth between the locked and unlocked positions.
If this does not work, you could use your change key to remove the lock cylinder. Insert change key and turn in the unlock position try to wiggle the lock cylinder out. This will at least allow you to perform an adjustment to the Thule Xsporter Rack, like # TH500XT.
