Hooking Up Lights for Inside and Enclosed Trailer

Question:
I have a 2001 dodge ram 3500. I would like to hook up a hot wire for lights inside an enclosed trailer, were do I find the wire under the hood?

The easiest way to do this would be to run a wire to the positive battery terminal, via a 20 amp inline circuit breaker, item # PK54520.
