For your 2012 Hyundai Elantra the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains # TH01221090 are a confirmed fit and will be a nice chain I recommend for your 215/45r17 tires. These chains are made of high-quality manganese nickel alloy steel construction and they have integrated tensioners to keep them tight. The color-coded connections help a great deal with installation and there is a kneeling mat, gloves and mounting instructions included in the storage container. I think you will be happy with the difference these chains make.

The Titan Chain # TC1540 is made of the same material and also has the integrated tensioners. The biggest difference is in the 15 mm of internal clearance required versus the 12 mm of internal clearance required for the Konig and the lack of the kneeling mat and gloves being included. I recommend the Konig chains # TH01221090 because they are easier to install and will give you that additional internal clearance.
