I am looking for a engine oil cooler kit for my 1979 international scout 2 with a V8 345 . Thank you

For your 1979 International Scout II I recommend # D15405 for an oil cooler. This cooler will fit engine filter thread sizes 3/4"-16, 13/16"-16, 18 mm x 1.5 mm, 20 mm x 1.5 mm and 22 mm x 1.5 mm. So as long as the stock O-ring diameter is 2-3/4 or 3-1/2 inches you can use this kit.
If the O-ring is a different size let me know along with the thread size for the filter and I can make other recommendations but I am 99% sure that the 345 uses 3/4-16 and a 3-1/2 inch O-ring.
